Pondhopper
A semi-soft washed rind cheese.  Made from raw milk, Pondhopper is aged a minimum of two months.  Smooth and creamy, earthy and complex.  Available by the pound or in wheels of approx. 5 lbs. and approx. 1.75 lbs.
