Semi-soft washed rind cheese. Made from raw milk, this cheese is aged a minimum of two months. Luscious, buttery, earthy, complex. Available by the pound or in wheels of approx. 4 lbs. and approx. 1.75 lbs.

A semi-soft cheese washed in Treleaven's Dry Riesling wine. Young, buttery, full-flavored yet mild and bright. Texture varies between super-creamy and slightly crumbly at the center of the paste. Aged between 1 and 1.5 months. Pasteurized. Available in wheels of about 4 lbs. and about 1.75 lbs.
