Stopped at the Ithaca Farmers Market today and bought some of your Across the Pond Reserve Semi Soft cheese. Wow ! We loved it. Can we order it online ? We live in the Philadelphia area and only get to the Ithaca area about once a year. Thanks.

Hi Keeley I first tasted your cheese 2 years ago. My friend Ruth Cosgrove brought some to a gathering. I thought it was amazing. I copied down all the info, and have kept it all this time. I would love to order some for holiday gifts. Would it keep till then or should I wait? Sandy

Tried the Across the Pond for the 1st time yesterday at Ravine wine cellars - WOW...amazing good cheese paired with great wine! Bought some for home and know enjoying it all over again. Thanks for an amazing product.

I just received the cheeses I ordered online over the weekend. I ordered the pondhopper (which was recommended to me by my doctor who loved it) and the Brida con vino. Just AMAZING - My husband and I both loved them. They taste so fresh and it's so faboulos to read an ingredient label and know what everything is! I've already recommended your cheese (and website) to a few of my 'foodie' friends. We'll be back for more!! Great job! Thank you!!
