Signature Farmstead Cheese

King Ferry, New York, on the East side of Cayuga Lake, is home to Keeley's Cheese Company at McGarr Farms.  This grazing herd of Registered Holstein and Jersey cows produces the high quality milk that Keeley turns into her signature cheeses.  Based on washed-rind recipes developed with Irish Farmstead cheesemakers and aged in an underground cellar, these cheeses are a new and unique addition to the artisan food movement of the Finger Lakes.  Thanks for visiting our site!  Check back often to see what's new around the farm, and where our cheese can be found.
